New Post: This solution supports OData V3, can we support V4

I am newbie to OData was reading following article from asp.net

http://www.asp.net/web-api/overview/odata-support-in-aspnet-web-api/odata-v4/create-an-odata-v4-endpoint

Install-Package Microsoft.AspNet.Odata

if i use this nuget the solution doesn't work

are we only supporting OData V3 not V4 if so then are there any advantages to it?
